Tech/Rep not showing up on Dispatch Board

I have a new Account Rep that I recently created. For some reason the new Account Rep will show up on the Dispatch Board for some TP users but not for others. I know there's a group or setting somewhere that I need to adjust but just cant seem to find it.

Hi Steve,

They probably need to check their rep filters under the board options. It's likely these users are showing a specific set of reps or a rep group that this new user isn't a part of. It's likely they have the board options minimized, you should see a tab on the upper left corner of the window that will expand the options if you click on it.
