I am trying to create what should be a simple workflow that will notify when a change order is converted to a service order. I am using an event type of "quote converted to service order", with a workflow condition of "quotes type = change order - external". I have also tried the workflow condition of "quotes is change order (T/F) True". Neither work. I have also tried an event type of "status change", document type "quote", to status "service ordered" with either of the above referenced conditions. Has anyone gotten a workflow similar to this to process?
