New Girl Here - Posted a payment incorrectly

Hi There - I am the new girl and accidentally posted a payment incorrectly to an invoice (the invoice amount was $105, I posted $157.50). My Controller found it after he exported the payments to Quickbooks. A credit of $52.50 was created in both Quickbooks and Tigerpaw. He deleted the credit from Quickbooks, how do I delete the credit from Tigerpaw? A note pops up in Tigerpaw telling me to apply it to an open invoice, however there isn't an open invoice. HELP!!!

Tigerpaw is not very forgiving with this type of mistake, and there's not a way for you to correct it within the software. Call the support desk at Tigerpaw and they should be able to write a SQL script to remove the credit in Tigerpaw.
