Does Real-Time Price Lookup with Techdata work for anyone? I talked to support about 18 months ago and they could never get it working for us. I opened another ticket 5 months ago (still open - never heard back) and was told it got escalated to someone and they would send them a message to get back to me. I just upgraded to 14.1.15 and it still doesn't work. We HAVE set up our XML account with Techdata and can open the site normally from our network, so they have added our outside IPs. But we still get the error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Error occurred in module frmRealTimePBLookup_Load" when trying to check a price and of course, clicking the Test button in the Real-Time Lookup setup screen give the error "Wrong number of arguments or invalid property assignment. Details: None". TP support told me yesterday they didn't think the Test button worked.
