Incorporating Tigerpaw and SMS text messaging.
Hello,
I am currently researching the ability to set up an automated system that would send SMS messages to customers (upon their request) when a job has been started, requires their attention, needs to be picked up, etc.
In theory, I would like to be able to pull data from Tigerpaw directly (Name, phone number, name of technician, unit they are working on, time stamp, etc.) without having to enter any additional information once the system is in place.
If this is a possibility (through 3rd party and some tinkering, no doubt), does any member of the community have an idea where I should start? Does Tigerpaw take to certain code API better (XML vs HTTP vs SMPP)?
