Has anyone found a way for remote techs to update their password without going through the full client?

Currently, that feature exists exclusively on the full client, but we are making it easier to do with the recent V14 release. There is now a 'Forgot My Password' link on the log in window that allows users to change their own passwords. I will put a feedback to try and bring this functionality to the Portal for remote techs.

When they click forgot password and type in their email address that matches email2 they get an error message that the email typed in does not exist. Please update V14 to support email2. Thanks
