Inactive Reps still showing up in lists

  • Inactive Reps still showing up in lists

    Even though I've set one of my reps as inactive. When I click on associated technicians on a service order he still shows up in the list.

    Am I doing something wrong or is this something that TP needs to fix?

    Tigerpaw has slowly begun to remove inactive reps from drop downs. There are still a few we need to change. I have passed this along as a feature request for our development team though.

      R2 still shows inactive reps in drop downs, filters, etc. Are there still plans to remove them from these areas of TP?

          Did you remove the rep form the Technicians group? That will fix it
