Ability to Import Custom Field data after SO has been opened?

We created several Service Order custom fields to retain information currently stored in our Foundation accounting software. The service orders are already opened so we can not use Tigerpaw Import Wizard because it does not allow updates to service order fields.

Does anyone have suggestions on how we can update these custom fields on a daily basis with data from our accounting software?

You may be able to handle this with a SQL script that runs as a job. What kind of info are you trying to move over into the custom fields?
