No Report Path

Hello, we are new to tigerpaw, we are getting the message "No Report Path Specified" when we try to print quote's. Any ideas?Thanks

Hi Scott and welcome! You can set your report path globally by clicking Tool | Options | Reports. There is a field where you can set the path that your reports are saved to. A reports directory loads on every machine that Tigerpaw is installed. Typically this path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Tigerpaw Software\Tigerpaw\Reports for 64 bit OS and C:\Program Files\Tigerpaw Software\Tigerpaw\Reports for 32 bit OS. We recommend that you copy this folder and place it on a network share and map to that path in your global settings so everyone is using the same batch of reports. It also makes things easier should you decide to customize reports as you implement the software. Feel free to use our Help Desk if you have any issues getting this set.
