Does anyone know how to import an Avaya ASD Design into Tigerpaw and have it upload into a quote accurately? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

Who do you order the equipment from? Westcon built us a specific tool to convert the design into a .csv file to import into the Quote using the Generic Import Tool. If you use Westcon, send me your contact info and I'll have my Westcon contact reach out to you.

we use Catalyst...so I should ask Catalyst if they have a conversion tool?

Yes, that would be the place to go. They may have it created for another BP already. If not, hopefully they could design one for you. You will need to supply them with the generic quote template so they know the exact format Tigerpaw needs for importing.
