When we email a service order from Tigerpaw14 to our techs the attachment shows up as a winmail.dat file instead of as a PDF on their phones. When we view the exact same e-mail on our desktop, it shows up as a .pdf. Any suggestions on how to correct this issue?

Are you using Outlook to send out the email from Tigerpaw? Could be something related here:
