Kaseya Users

Are there any Kaseya users that are still using Tigerpaw? I haven't seen any posts in years.
Before we move away from Tigerpaw I'd love to know if there are any users we can share ideas with.

Thanks Sean! I was just amazed there's not any chatter from Kaseya users.
I do have something that drives us crazy.. of course when people make a ticket on Kaseya it opens a service order on Tigerpaw.. Is there a way to easily close those service orders without going thru the grueling Tigerpaw routine? Very few of our Kaseya tickets end up being billable and it's very time consuming for us.

Also I need badly to edit some reports and I know I need Crystal Reports but is there an affordable version? I won't use it for more than a few minutes a year.
