  • Mobile Tigerpaw feature request

    1. Is there a way to move the back button, my techs complain that their back button is nonresponsive most of the time on their phones, but it works all of the time when they use mobile on Google Chrome on the laptops.
    2. Can we get a button for techs to view customer’s passwords on the account screen? We must access a SO before we see the password button.
    3. We need a way to show the customer a total for what they are paying for before they sign our phones. Can we get a screen that shows a completed SO with totals?
    4. Is there a way we can show in the agenda screen what type of ticket the SO is, Billable, Warranty, Etc.
    5. Once we select the SO type, is there a way to have items and labor follow that coding as we add parts and labor both in Tigerpaw and on the Mobile?
    6. After the tech taps on the SO in their agenda is there a way to show the SO description below the customer’s information.
