Address on Tasks in Dispatch Board and Mapping Option

That is a really good feature request and I will put it into our feedback system for a possible future software enhancement.

In the meantime, you can always right click on the task item and choose View Service Order. From there you can quickly access the Account View (using the breadcrumbs along the top of the form) and click on the mapping service you set within your Rep Settings on the Account View.

I see that nothing has been done about this, and we are in V15.3.03. Group Calendar shows more than Dispatch board. Dispatch Board was supposed to be the big thing? How is it helpful to have to right click and get out of the Dispatch Board, just to see the full address. We use this when scheduling, for any new calls coming in while techs are on site, to see which is closer. We have multiple accounts that have 15 or more locations. Just having the city and state does not help.

We are constantly working to make our Dispatch Board better. Feature priority depends on several factors including number of users impacted by the change. Please make sure you post it in the Feature forum and encourage your team members to vote for it. This will help that feature request to move up in priority order.

Thanks Rudy, However, I voted on the person that originally started this post. Why would I need to post again? Also, he posted almost three years ago, and it's still not changed? Maybe you could put in a word to whomever is responsible for making this happen, as it would really be helpful to see the full address in Dispatch Board. Thanks
