We use the Service Order Special Instructions heavily. Our problem is - so many sites have special instructions, that some of our technicians blindly click ok through them and miss important information. My suggestion to make this feature more powerful would be to allow admin users the ability to upload an image as the special instruction. We could create or use custom images for different messages, increasing the chance that an employee would view/read/use the information. We would also use this to notify reps of "VIP" clients.
