Transfer Opp to New Account

I would like to be able to transfer and opportunity like I can a SO. We often get a lead from a builder (account A) and then if closes, we make a new account for the site (account B). Right now all the opportunities are on account A but the quote > SO needs to be on account B. If we could transfer the opportunity from the builder to the site account when the sale closed that would be really useful.

I can also see this being helpful for companies who sell to resellers who then sell large orders to end users.
