Right now, the only way to view attached documents through the portal is if they are attached at the service order level. There are many documents (in our environment as a service company) where documents need to be attached at the account level. we use this all the time in the regular TIGERPAW app but the portal doesn't allow people to see such documents attached at any level, other then the service order.

I agree and we do have that in our backlog. Not only for documents from accounts, but from other forms as well: quotes, contracts, etc. I will add your request to the existing one and tie your post to that request so I can update you as this progresses through the process. Thank you!Marsha Blobaum
