On the Dispatch Board it would be really cool if the Task Start and End Time, which are usually estimated, were automatically updated to match related SO Time Logs for the technician, once the technician completes the SO. This would provide more real time view of completed tickets (tasks) and the progress of each tech throughout the day. So for a Task that we estimated to take an hour but took 2, we would see the overlapping times and proactively contact clients whose service might need to be re-scheduled.

This feature would be very handy. This could be achieved by pulling the related SOLog to task relationship. If one doesn't exist then when a SO log is created from a task a hidden field in the tbl_SOLog table could be created. Say... SOlog_task_id. This info could then be pulled back into the dispatch board.
