Ability for people to mark notifications created by others as complete.

Currently, we have a number of automated notifications due to automated service orders and such which is nice. We have streamlined the business so a couple people make all the service orders for others, as well. This causes people to receive notifications marked as created by others and people cannot set these notifications to complete. They would like to use the workflow notifications as a way to check what they have done. The only way available now is to give them full access to edit tables. Please add a security setting for marking workflow notifications created by others as complete.
