Custom Folders

It would be very helpful to have the custom folders allow the uploading of documents such as excel spreadsheets and word documents. Our company uses these field very often but it such a time consuming process to copy and past pages and pages of information.

Have you looked at the Documents area of Tigerpaw? In this feature, you move the documents to a shared drive, and link them to the Account, SO, etc. Then your people can view or edit them, depending on their security settings.

Bob is correct, it appears the functionality you seek is available through the use of documents. You can read more on that here. You will have the ability to link the related document to the account and even get more granular to a particular quote, service order etc. Further, you can link the document from your local machine and by linking in within Tigerpaw, that document will be moved or copied to the shared network drive that you have setup to use for document storage.
