Any thoughts about including the following options in the bill to section of an SO; email address and a brief comment section without clutering the section?

Adding an e-mail field to the alternate bill-to account fields and the SO billing tab would greatly benefit our business. Adding a brief comment in the billing section that could also be pulled in from the alternate bill-to account assignment would be useful to communicate to our A/R Dept special billing notations.
