Central Billng - Comments

I would be ideal to have the timelogs show In the comments section when approving invoices that are centrally billed. we use this to double check our billing. it appears in your other ways to invoice out of Tigerpaw you can do this so I am not sure why you cant see the tech notes in the comments section along with the time the work was done and for what time length. this would be awesome if it put this info here.
