Matrix for Time Entries and Temp fields

Would it be possible to make all information for the Service Order, Contract and Account available from the Time Entry Matrix? For example, I have the Log Account name, but nothing else about the account. I don't even seem to have have the SO Log status to play with. The Contract number is available, but not the Contract Name.

Also does anyone know what the Temp fields are in the Matrix and how they can be utilised?
