2015 TPC: Batch convert time logs to billable items.

At the 2015 Tigerpaw Partner Conference in Omaha I shared the top requested roadmap items with almost 500 Tigerpaw partners. I'm posting all of the items here as individual feature requests to spark a dialog, and to allow you all a chance to set the priority for our dev team through your votes.

Feature Request:

Provide the ability to batch convert time entries to billable items and/or directly bill unconverted time entries.

In theory, it's a great idea, but we often give a client a special rate for buying a bucket of hours. If somehow, when setting up the contract on an hourly, when you enter the special rate, it would translate to any time logs entered on the SO when the contract is applied, than yes, that would be great. But currently, we have to MANUALLY adjust each time log's sell for price which would negate being able to batch convert time entries to billable and/or bill them.
