At the 2015 Tigerpaw Partner Conference in Omaha I shared the top requested roadmap items with almost 500 Tigerpaw partners. I'm posting all of the items here as individual feature requests to spark a dialog, and to allow you all a chance to set the priority for our dev team through your votes.

Feature Request:
Currently, Tigerpaw agreements bill for services backwards, not forwards. For example, if you add a device to a monthly MSP agreement on the 15th of the month and you bill on the 1st, when the 1st comes Tigerpaw will pro-rate the device and bill for approximately two weeks (the two weeks that have passed). In a billing forward situation, Tigerpaw would bill the pro-rated amount but also bill a full month for the next billing cycle. This change will allow you to bill up front for services from day 1.
