We cover the gamit using all Time Zones across the US. When emailing a Customer from within Tigerpaw since our server is in Calilfornia on Pacific Time, it holds the email for 3 hours when our user on the east coast sends the email....thus needless delays in communicating with our Customers.
Likewise, we still have the issue of scheduling for multiple time zones and coding business hours, overtime and doubletime for engineers in different time zones.
Are any of these things going to be addressed soon? We've been asking for 4 years.....doesn't anyone else using Tigerpaw have these needs?
