    I'm looking for a way to determine how long an email "sat" in the dispatch board before a tech created/opened a service order. It seems that the tblSORequestFromEmail table in the database stores the requests up until a service order is created. At that point, the tblSORequestFromEmail record is removed and the DateReceived and TimeReceived fields on the Service Order are set to the date/time the SO was created. It would be useful to have a way to determine the time from which the email initially appeared in the dispatch board to when a SO was created/opened.
