Upload Image to Service Order Special Instructions

I would love to be able to upload an image to the Service Order Special Instructions area on an account. We are having issues with the tech's being in a hurry, and just clicking out of the instruction box that pops up when a service order is opened, and not reading important information pertaining to customer. Uploading an image, as well as having the capability to type in bold red letters, would really help control this problem. I notice where several other people have asked about having this feature added, but nothing has been done yet? We are able to upload pictures of parts in TP, so why not let us upload to this. Thanks
