Need Global Matrix Templates!

I love the new Matrix feature, but how awesome would it be if an administrator could create templates that other reps could use? knowing that everyone in the Service Dept is monitoring the same view would be powerful. Thanks.

Hi!

That is part of the current Matrix functionality. A user can create a template and on the permissions tab of the edit form for the template choose users or user groups to share the template with. They can give view only or view and edit permissions.
