Matrix Funnel by Rep by Oppty Type with Sub-Totals and Overall Totals

We need the ability to pull a funnel by rep by manufacturer (Oppty Type) and sub-total each rep and Oppty Type within that view. With Matrix we can only funnel each individual rep and sort by Oppty Type but not get a sub-total for each Oppty Type. If this could be done then we could also get this info theoretically for each sales office.
