As new users of Tigerpaw and Crystal Reports we are trying to customise our invoice so that it provides our customers with the same level of detail as our previous system provided. I have made all of the changes except the two areas circled in the attached PDF.
Would anyone be willing to share an invoice template (assuming one is available!) which separates parts and labour and summarises the invoice and payment values in a similar way? Alternatively, could anyone advise me how to make this happen in Crystal Reports? I would be most grateful!
