We are trying to import quotes into tigerpaw and it seems to error out when it gets to the inventory items.
It says that the item number and manufacturer can not be found in the quoteworks database. Quoteworks says that it is and said it must be a tigerpaw problem and I am still waiting for an answer from tigerpaw on what the problem maybe.
Does anyone have any suggestions or has this working that could help.
I am running the most current version of both programs.
