  • Toolbar Icons grayed out

    I have 1 user that every now and then his Journal, Tasks and Documents Icon get grayed out. This happened a few months ago and I can remember how I fixed it. I have reset his tool bar and no change. I have cleared his connection and still no change. This is only on 1 user.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    James,
    Try this - open their Rep Record, under Tools - Clear Saved Grid Layouts, and Reset Custom Toolbars. They will then need to sign out of TP and Back in.

      I am having this issue all of a sudden too - I tried logging out, clearing connections, resetting the tool bar, etc- nothing works. Anyone else ever have this issue? I'll be calling support, but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else recently. Thanks!

        Yes, we are having this issue as well, also with only one user. It resolves itself eventually.

          I played around with my toolbar and grid settings again and got it to work. Strange and random.
