Anyone knows, if TP allows TAPI integration? We are looking to take the caller ID and do a lookup in Tigerpaw.

Yes there is an exe file you can download from tigerpaw that allows parameters from the phone system to be passed to tigerpaw I think it's called call lookup or similar ask support we use it with an Avaya system and it works fine
