New Mobile 2.1 Download Available

We are pleased to announce that the mobile API 2.1 is now available for download from the Downloads page http://my.tigerpawsoftware.com/downloads. Release notes have been updated and are also available from the downloads page.

The updated Mobile API includes these changes:
• On service orders, the System and Board fields now allow a blank value, which auto displays if no default is set.
• Filtering the Service Order list view by status no longer generates an "ambiguous column" error.
• The logging function now saves input and API responses for all create and update functions.

Hi Cindi, where can I get the documentation for the API? I am hoping to integrate with an monitoring service not in your list, and would like to see about creating tickets, assigning technicians, etc.

Is there no documentation for this API? I don't see how it can be a usable API without documentation to let developers know how to interact with it.
