Dispatch Board

Every time I launch the dispatch board on my PC I get the following error:

"Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection."

Anyone have any ideas?

I had this same error earlier this week. Ryan at TP support was able to quickly resolve it once he was granted admin access.

To correct this error, in Tigerpaw, go to Tools>Utilities>General Utilities>Execute an SQL Statement, and in the blank window paste the following text (between rows or arrows) and click execute:

DELETE FROM tblSysSerializationByRep
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Then re-launch the dispatch board.
