Create list according to child data

is it possible to create a list according to child data field information? For instance, we want to get a list of the contacts that are in the "Quality Leads" contacts group. We can open them all up and scroll through them till we find them, but is there a way to bring up a list that only shows the contact information for contacts that are in the "Quality Leads" contact group?

If you use the contact matrix and the advanced filter you can filter by the contact group you are looking for.
