I would greatly appreciate some feedback on RMM's you are using. We are looking to make a change and would like to know what fellow Tigerpaw users are happy and/or unhappy with.

We switched over to MaxFocus a few months ago. Tech's love it, though there is no current integration with Tigerpaw.

We are in the point of sale business and we were using an RMM tool designed for for the pos industry called Vigilix. We basically switched to get more of the RMM features we needed that are standard in other available solutions. Another tool we liked and looked at in the past is servoyant.

Hi JCR,

We've also looked at MaxFocus a couple of times over the years. It's maturing nicely though we still use Kaseya.
MaxFocus doesn't have the level of automation we have within Kaseya.
