Sorry if this is the wrong place to post, looked like TP14 had not had any activity for sometime.
Some but not all users are getting the following error when running stock reports.
Error 2147206429 Invalid TLV record. If this is a custom report, you will need to fix the report before you can print it.
If this is a stock Tigerpaw report, please call tech support.
What has me stumped is that nothing has changed and it's not all users.
Any direction on a resolution would be greatly appreciated.
