    I'm looking for a setting that will automatically send an email to a client once a tech adds information to the "Work Performed" section of the Service Order. Or, is this currently not available?

    I don't think that particular workflow is available. However, you could create a status "Waiting on client" for example and whenever the tech updates the work performed and awaits client input, the tech would change the status to the above and you could generate a workflow based on the status change event to email the work performed to the customer.

      While this is not automatic, it can be accomplished using the service order status combined with work flow. To send a service order update, we simply change the so status and click save.
