Hello everyone,
I had a few questions I am just diving into Tigerpaw and going through the course work and had some questions. If anyone can assist that would be great.
Regarding signature capture on the phone application. It works great for the service order's but how about the invoice itself. Any way to capture the signature for customer invoices.
The next question would be the employee portal do we have the ability to invoice from it?
One last question regarding the time logs any way to set it where the time log cannot overlap on time. We have some employee's entering double time and calculates at the end adding to hours worked.
