Recently discovered that setting reps to NOT be able to change Account addresses only applies to the Accounting section of the account (the little green lamp area). This does not stop a rep from changing the account address from the general account view.
We recently had our salesmen start using tigerpaw, thinking we had all security settings in place so that important information could be maintained, and not have too many hands in the cookie jar. Needless to say we discovered a loophole.
I have looked into all the security settings offered carefully and i have not found a setting that limits the ability to change the account address from the general view. There is a setting to limit the change of the Account name BUT doesnt apply to the address.
Is there a setting i may have missed, or does the option not exist?
