Importing quotes from Quote Works

When we import a quote from Quoteworks into Tigerpaw it changes the items that it imports from taxable to non taxable. I have to go into every item after the import in Tigerpaw and change it back to taxable.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and If so, how did you solve it.
