Dispatch Board has no Rep Group otions

We're trying to use the new Dispatch board in 14.1.21 and there are no Rep Groups available in the Rep Filters field, any ideas as to what we're missing?

We have addressed this issue in the software. The fix will be included in 15R1 which we are preparing for beta release now.
