When Tigerpaw becomes aware of issues that will be fixed in upcoming releases it would be VERY helpful as system administrators to receive some type of email alert with this specific information so we could take precautionary measures. We have lost numerous tasks on our Dispatch Board and Outlook because of email integrator issues. We have over 50 techs so you can see where this is absolutely CRITICALLY essential to our running smooth operations. If I had rec'd a heads-up email I could have alerted the various teams to at least take screenshots of their dispatch boards, or Outlook calendars while this issue was being resolved by Tigerpaw.
You could send a Workflow or an email with a note that there was a new post on your website someplace that reports/tracks trouble issues with estimated resolution dates.
