Add Checkbox in Task & Calendar creation window for CommentBox public or private

Calendar Appt and Task creation. Add a checkbox next to the large comment field in the create a task or create an appt window. Have this checkbox be for if you do, or do not, want just the info entered into this large comment box field to be visible to others. We have a need where we want the calendar appt to be public, we want the subject line and location field to be public, but we just don't want the large input comment box field to be public. We want you to add a checkbox that will allow this individual entry box to be public or private no matter the status of the calendar event or task event itself.
