work flow notification request for Purchasing

We would like an "email token for purchasing" generated from the work flow says what parts have been received. IE as parts are checked in it notifies the appropriate parties. We currently have it set up but it doesn't give the part or description of what has arrived or the quantity. this would be amazing to have functioning and a huge help to our warehouse and operations team.
