In TP 15.2.6, it allows you to include the Invoice SO # on the child table of the Invoice Matrix but does not allow you to see the SO # on the main/primary/parent Invoice Matrix. It shows the “invoice source document” field but it just says “Service Order” on all the lines instead of the actually service order #.Also has the field stating “inv Source Image” with the service order icon shown.So there are two fields in the new Invoice Matrix that state that the invoice was generated from a service order but does not give the service order # unless you add it as a child field.
For our users, the new version does not allow them the quick view/sort/export capabilities seeing the service order number with the invoice information all on one line. If you export it, since it currently is a child field you don’t have the filtering/sorting capabilities in Excel on that particular field.
Our work around was to create a Crystal Report so that we could include the fields from the old list view version.
Could you add back the ability to see the service order or invoice source document number on the primary/parent Invoice Matrix?
