Knowledge base needs more then 2 levels

we need to have more then just a book and a chapter. we need to have another level as we use the books title (for the client name) and then we need to have chapters be the topic ie Firewall info, admin info, general info etc etc. then we need 1 level lower so that we can add the information to that level. its too hard to find information in the current set up. please help or offer some thoughts.
