On the customer asset/inventory maintenance form, there is a switch to make the item invisble to the customer on customer reports. However, the item is displayed in the customer's web portal, irrespective of if the switch is set or not. This shouldn't really be a feature request as it is clearly a bug. However, it still needs fixing.
